Saheel Properties is a progressive real estate developer focused on delivering mid segment residential in the Pune region. Over the years, they have built a reputation for quality, innovation and customer centricity. 

When they approached Pinaka Digital Technologies, they wanted to strengthen their digital presence—especially on social media—to increase followers, brand awareness and to maintain daily posts

The Challenge

Over the 8 months prior to engagement, Saheel Properties faced several challenges:

  • Low content consistency — Their social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) had irregular posting, which weakened audience engagement.
