Gada Group is a leading real estate developer based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Established in 1997, the company is known for its quality residential & commercial projects, timely delivery, trust, and customer-first approach.
Their offerings include premium apartments, investment properties, and commercial spaces. They emphasize design excellence, modern living amenities, and legacy of reliability.
When Gada Group approached us, these were some of the challenges they faced:
- Their existing website was outdated in design and functionality; it did not reflect their brand promise of trust, luxury, and modern living.
- Poor UX/UI made navigation difficult; project details were hard to access, especially for mobile users.
- Content was not structured well for SEO; many pages were not ranking, and the site wasn’t getting good visibility for key project keywords.
- Lack of responsiveness / performance issues (page load, mobile friendliness) hurting user engagement and conversions (inquiries).
- Inconsistency in branding and visuals—images, colours, tone—leading to diluted perception of premium quality.
To address these challenges, our objectives were:
- Redesign the website with a clean, modern, and premium look that aligns with Gada Group’s brand values (quality, trust, design excellence).
- Improve user experience across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), so visitors can easily discover projects, understand offerings, and reach out.
- Structure content for SEO — better project pages, optimized meta, clearer navigation — with aim to increase organic traffic.
- Improve site performance (speed, load times) and responsiveness.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and imagery to strengthen brand perception.
- Increase leads/inquiries via the website.
To meet the objectives, we planned the following strategy:
- User-Centered Design (UCD): Conducted stakeholder interviews and analyzed current user behaviour (from analytics) to understand what potential buyers/investors search for, what pains they have, what content they want.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Studied websites of top real estate developers in Pune/India to identify best practices in layout, content, visuals, features.
- Information Architecture & Sitemap Redesign: Reorganized content, especially project listings, “About Us”, “Why Gada Group”, “Projects”, “Contact” so navigation is intuitive.
- Mobile-first Design: Ensured that mobile UX is prime; adapt features, images, navigation for smaller screens.
- Visual Branding & Imagery: Use high-quality images, consistent brand colours, typography, refined logos/icons. Emphasis on aspirational visuals.
- Content Optimization & SEO: Rewrite / structure content; optimize headings, meta descriptions; ensure each project has its own optimized page.
- Technical Performance: Optimize images, use caching, reduce HTTP requests, ensure fast page load, ensure smooth responsive behaviour.
Website Mockup
The Execution
Created wireframes & prototypes (desktop and mobile) to map out the new site layout: new homepage, project detail pages, “Why Us”, etc.
Designed high-fidelity mockups reflecting refreshed branding: clean typography, modern layout, distinguished sections for testimonials, key differentiators.
Developed the site using a modern CMS / framework (e.g. WordPress / equivalent), so Gada Group can manage content in-house.
Built a responsive design: tested on multiple devices, screen sizes; ensured navigation menus are mobile friendly; “projects” galleries adapt well.
Optimized images and media; used lazy loading where possible. Minified CSS & JS. Implemented faster hosting / CDN where needed.
SEO best practices: keyword research related to “premium real estate Pune”, “trusted real estate developer Pune”, etc.; page titles, meta tags, alt text; structured data schema for projects.
Integrated lead / inquiry forms in prominent places; improved contact / call to action (CTA) placements.

Key Takeaway
- Brand perception matters: The look & feel of a website has a big effect on how potential customers perceive trust & quality. Investing in strong visuals & consistent branding pays off.
- UX & mobile-first are non-negotiable: Especially in real estate, many users browse on mobile; navigation and experience must be smooth.
- Content + SEO go hand in hand: Even with great visuals, without well-structured content and SEO, visibility and lead generation suffer.
- Performance is critical: Fast loading, optimized media, proper hosting evergreen factors for engagement.
- Iterative feedback with stakeholder & users helps: Early prototypes, getting feedback, making adjustments before full build saves time and better aligns with user expectations.
