Digital Marketing Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Oversee digital marketing team and agency partners to ensure cohesive execution.
    • Drive innovation in digital channels, tools, and best practices.
  2. Performance Marketing
    • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve ROI and KPIs.
    • Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to conversion.
  3. SEO/SEM & Content
    • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
    • Guide content marketing efforts including blog, video, and email marketing.
    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency in voice and message.
  4. Social Media & Community Management
    • Drive strategy across social media platforms to increase engagement and brand reach.
    • Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.
  5. Analytics & Reporting
    • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, or similar.
    • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders with actionable insights.
  6. Website & Conversion Optimization
    • Lead website development and optimization efforts (UI/UX, CRO).
    • Collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure high-performing digital assets.
    • Team Management & Collaboration
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, SEO tools).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical.

 
Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
